The inaugural editions of the PU Tech Arab 2019 and Arab Rubber Expo 2019 (PU & Rubber) got under way at Expo Centre Sharjah on Wednesday. Positioned as important meeting points for regional industries with emphasis on providing business opportunities and facilitating knowledge sharing.
The rising consumption of polymers is a corollary to overall economic development of the country and its growth prospects. In the country and rest of the region, the flourishing construction and automotive industries are key demand drivers of the polyurethane and rubber industries. The twin events of PU Tech Arab 2019 and Arab Rubber Expo 2019 will serve as a key meeting point for the regional industry representatives.
The events include two verticals targeting the rubber, latex and tyre segments, and polyurethane and foam sectors, besides conferences, research/innovation zones, training courses, buyer guides, reference publications, industry clinics, networking sessions and a job fair.
