Fortune Emirates supplies single-component polyurethane primer and polyurethane binders that are used for manufacturing wet pour rubber surface installation. It is a single-component, MDI-based and Non Volatile pre-polymer system.
We supply two grades of binders, (1) Aromatic binders are the most commonly used PU binder because of their economic value and availability in the market. One issue with aromatic binders is that they tend to discolour and become yellow when they are exposed to the sunlight or UV rays, called the ‘yellowing effect’. (2) Aliphatic binder is a premium grade, non-yellowing Polyurethane binder. This binder has exceptional chemical resistance and thus has great weathering properties and adhesion. However, the Aliphatic PU binder cost much more than the Aromatic grade.
